Morozov Hospital has the following staff:
- 10 out of 24 children’s Chief Freelance Specialists of the Moscow City Health Department — a geneticist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist, ophthalmologist, pulmonologist, gastroenterologist, oncologist, hematologist, neonatologist and cardiovascular surgeon
- 645 doctors 113 PhDs in Medicine [Candidate of Medical Sciences], 46 Doctors of Medical Sciences [Habilitation Medical Professionals], 1 Honored Doctor of Moscow and 2 Honored Doctors of the Russian Federation)
- 975 nursing staff.
The hospital has a team of medical specialists that works round-the-clock seven days a week to provide emergency multidisciplinary medical care (pediatricians, pediatric surgeons, trauma orthopedists, maxillofacial surgeons, anesthesiologists, reanimatologists, neonatologists, otolaryngologists, ophthalmologists, an endocrinologist, a neurosurgeon, an oncologist, a hematologist, neurologists, radiation, ultrasound and clinical laboratory diagnostics, etc.).
No other children’s hospital offering a multidisciplinary team of medical specialists operating round-the-clock exists anywhere in Russia and Europe.

- 645 врача (113 – кандидатов медицинских наук, 46 – докторов медицинских наук, 1 Заслуженный врач Москвы и 2 Заслуженных врача РФ)
- 975 сотрудников из среднего медицинского персонала
В больнице без выходных в круглосуточном режиме работает бригада врачей-специалистов, позволяющая оказывать экстренную многопрофильную медицинскую помощь (педиатры, детские хирурги, травматологи-ортопеды, челюстно-лицевые хирурги, анестезиологи-реаниматологи, неонатологи, оториноларингологи, офтальмологи, эндокринолог, нейрохирург, онколог, гематолог, неврологи, врачи лучевой, ультразвуковой и клинико-лабораторной диагностики и др.).
Аналогичной одномоментной круглосуточной работы многопрофильной бригады врачей-специалистов нет ни в одном детском стационаре России и Европы.
